What latency are you getting?

What latency are you getting?

I just got a mpc studio today. Have to say I am pretty impressed by it. I also own maschine but this is nice! I actually use my machine to control fxpansion Geist which is a dope program..

Anyway was just wondering what kind of latency is normal with mpc software. I am on macosx. I just installed it on my mac tonight and I am getting 5ms at 96khz.

Is there any disadvantage to running at 96?

How are you measuring latency in MPC Software?

The amount of latency is dependent on what audio interface buffer size you choose.
