MIDI CONNECTIONS!!!

Can anyone out there help me out on this one. I have a ASR-10, MPC2000XL, and a PROTEUS 2000. Would love to here some input on how to midi these things up together, Don't get me wrong, Iam getting sounds out of everything, but I think there is a better way to midi this gear up. I want to use my MPC as the SEQ. Thanx,

what are u using to trigger the proteus, the mp or the 10?

I would use the mp to trigger because it would be easier to set up. from the mp both channels midi out to the ins of each unit (asr and proteus) midi out of the asr to the midi in of the same channel as the out ( a and 1) (b and 2) since there are no keys on the emu there is no need for a relay of midi back to the mp from this unit. Thats how I would do it if thats what I had, the mp would be the sequencer.
