Hi guys I've just finally got my new I Mac. I installed ren 1.5 and it worked fine, however I font have the factory sounds, as the original package software disc can't go in my Mac I'm guessing there is a download somewhere, should I first install 1.0, where do I get it

No idea but if you ahev activated and registered, I imagine you can call AKAI and they should be able to get you going as there are systems that do no have dvd drives. I let friend borrow my usb dvd drive for such situation

Akai support put up some temporary dropbox links to The Bank and 809 installers, on the Akai support forum, for this purpose....

Maybe ask them if they can also upload the additional two installers for the extra expansion packs that come with the Renaissance.

Another option would be to use a USB DVD drive, or create a disk image of the DVD on a computer that does have a DVD drive.

After you install these, you would probably have to run the MPC Software 1.5 update installer to update them to 64-bit versions so that they work in MPC Software 64-bit mode as well as 32-bit mode.
