where'd you get that number? it's more around $300 apparently.

at $300, the µB could really dominate the analog synth market, I don't care what you say about your monotribe
especially with that proper built-in sequencer it might have. (as opposed to the "hidden" bonus sequencer on the MB)

Did the MiniBrute have a sequencer? If it does I'll sell the Monotribe right quick. The only thing I don't like about Mono's sequencer is that its built for 1 bar loops. I was playing this melody and when I recorded it, it only played the first bar and cutted off the rest. But the on-the-fly experience is what makes it king. I dig it.

Real keys and the pitch wheel is what is attracting me to the MicroBrute. If that sequencer exist, I'll most definitely buy one.

The MB arpeggiator had a sequencer mode which you could enable with the software configuration program. They called it "time-sorted" mode or something, meaning it would arpeggiate the notes you played in the order you played them, when it was selected on the "Hold" arpeggiator mode.

It was meant to be used by pressing the first note of the sequence, then pressing all the other notes of the sequence in order while holding the first one. But there's a bug (which I consider a feature) that allows you to easily tap in a sequence without holding the first note.

It's limited to a single sequence of up to 16 steps, and no rests/slurs, but it's still fun, and I'd imagine they might step up the functionality for the µB (perhaps also in a future MB firmware update)

Therefore the Monotribe IS in the same league as the MiniBrute because it can do all that minus the computer part because its analog so you update it with an audio file playing like its 1980. But a MicroBrute can wait, for now

yes it was, the sequencer is really nice but I hated tweaking the sounds. I know theyve had a bunch of updates bit it was buggy as hell too.
