Hey im newish to the mpc 2500. started of using maschine...that name could almost be blasphemy around here... also my credibility could be at risk. but i made the move to the mpc 2000xl, sold it and got the 2500. since then bought a 60II, and another 2000xl (because i loved it so much)
my question is why when i sample in the 2500 at high speeds and pitch it down later it sounds like shit. but with the 60 it sounds better. obviously im doing this to save sample time on the 60, and it isnt needed on the 2500. i thought it might be a good way of crunching up drums etc...
