i. I'm glad that the vst's that were scanned in 1.4 are still good or I'd be $h!t out of luck with a full re scan.

They all crash the app on scan for new vst's. Should I do a full rescan and risk losing more?

2. The new vst scan is slower and when it says skipping... it freezes instead.

Using 32bit MPC because that what most of my vst's are.

Wish the 64bit could use the 32bit vsts maybe I wouldn't have these issues. Just a guess though.

Just an FYI people in case this has happened to you. I had to turn DEP off for the REN software which is why a lot of my vst's were either crashing the app or being skipped during scans . Now everything is pretty tight.

Erase Note: hit a key on the external midi keyboard and the note that you want to erase won't show up under "Erase:Note" and it won't erase the note ...it works if you select a pad on the mpc or if you're erasing notes in realtime from the keyboard but won't erase a note by just pressing a key on the midi keyboard with just the "Erase:Note" option

This is not a bug. This function hasn't been implemented as of 1.5.

When saving a saved project with new name some of the samples dissort : .
Can't find exact term for this kind of overdrive : . Like samples are bit reduced to 12 bit : .

End point is move to different spots throughout a sample, I don't think it messes up anything, but visual it doesn't look right. I've only noticed it in this mode since its the one I use the most. Steps to repeat is below.





Select a pad
Go into sample edit
Select chop
Regions
Scroll through samples either using knob or selecting them with the mouse and you'll notice it does it on various samples and moves to different parts not always the same spot.

The top of the windows of my Waves Plug-Ins is missing.

Therefore I can't move the windows!

Almost all Arturia V Collection 3 plugins crash the MPC software when I load a song.
They are mostly stable when using them but I can't load the saved songs anymore.
I have to replace the plugin file in the ProjectData folder with another to be able to open the song again. Same with VST and AU.

If I use them through Analog Lab plugin, it's ok, although MPC often max out the AL volume (+24dB!), even if I never touched the track's volume before. So I have the clear the track and recreate it.

Anybody experiencing this?

BTW, what is the proper channel to submit bug reports, crash logs, etc.

The workaround is to click on another plugin insert in the mixer. If none exist, open a new one. This will close the Waves plugin window!

All my Wave plugs work fine no crash and proper visuals.
Win7 with current WUP versions of Wave plugs running in the 32 and 64 bit mode of 1.5.

Maybe it's Apple based?

I surely hope Akai is doing something about this! (Speaking of Apple: imagine if every time Apple released an update it had a million bugs to it making their computers usuable? Oh no... It never happens. BECAUSE THEY TEST IT PROPERLY BEFORE THE RELEASE.)
