Awesome.
It is quite similar to the MB (which I already have, and love), so it's not an automatic buy for me. (got other stuff on the list that I want, mainly a volca bass and a strymon bluesky)
But I see these being HUGE sellers. $300 is ridiculous. Presumably they've learned from their mistakes with the production/distribution of the MB.

absolutely. sounds beautiful, but I can't quite justify the extra $180... I think...

You'll get that in Christmas money though, right?

Some "height" and distance on this reverb! It sounds a bit grainy on some of the examples but that could very well be YouTube. I'm going to look more into this thing. I bet they have some in my local synth shop to try out.

I haven't got any reverb plugins that sound as nice as that. I just wish it wasn't £429.

I'm familiar with some of their stuff but hadn't heard this one. It sounds nice but I don't need anymore spatial effects unless it's something really left-field. I just want to hear what it can do with height and depth, just to make sure I'm not missing out.
The El Capistan is the same price as the Microbrute. If you were even remotely considering that, you now have no excuse…

When I was a kid all I had was a pair of roller skates and a bent stick for a gun, so I'm playing catchup now.
I just know that the BigSky will open the floodgates to the El Capistan and Mobius units. It starts getting pricey at that point.

I'm buying it.
I have a minibrute and i can use this as the perfect expander. You can play them with duophony when you set the ENV Speed to one of them on "fast" and on "Slow" on the other, also you get a nice new sub-osc that actually goes up to fifth. You get a 64 step sequencer that can be stored in memory, easily set new sequences, the notes will be shown and can be edited in a daw (the arp of the minibrute didn't record midi notes inside a daw). And you can use those damn sexy cv/gates between these infamous brutes, to play those 2 osc, 2 vcf, 2 vca, 2 lfo...and make them roar.
It's super small, even smaller than a Nord Rack 2X for example. The keys are just an extra, and they're actually welcome, because you can play your bass on one of them, and your lead on the other. You have 4 octaves to play which is definitely nice.
For less then 300€ it's a no-brainer.

i don't get the 'overtone' oscillator aspect
turned left, it's an octave down, turned right, it's a fifth down, with a mix inbetween? my inner ear is probably fooling me, but it doesn't sound that way
