Hello friends.
I have an mpc studio and i really like the whole thing.

But ive got a problem.

In track 1 I always play the sample first, then I want to add the drums.

Now,when the sample in track 1 is playing, and at the same time i try to play the drums, the sample always STOPS when I push a pad with a drum(or any other sound)on it.

Its like I cant play/record two samples at the same time. Can please somenone help me ?

This problem exist also when I use a different track for the drums etc..

Change Pad Play Mode from Mono to Poly?...

Akai MPC Reference Manual (Page 53) wrote:PAD PLAY lets you choose between two options:

In MONO mode you can play only one pad at a time. If you hit a pad while another or the same one is still playing, the new sample(s) will immediately mute the sample(s) that are playing.

In POLY mode you can play several pads at the same time.
