I would like to be able to hit a button to convert a sequence in song mode to a copy of that sequence and then be able to just overdub to that new sequence. Like if I just want to add a crash at a bar. This way I wouldn't be adding it to every sequence called "chorus." It would just go to that sequence that I quickly renamed Chorus 2. Make sense?

Yes, do want.

And i also want to be able to make my sequence "sliding" left or right in song mode.

There are workarounds but still, it would be a better ergonomy if you could do that.

After it's converted into one seq, do that.

or..

Make a copy of the seq where the crash is going to be and just add that 1 crash.
Now you can place that into the songs bar steps.

ie, song steps.

seq1
seq1
seq2 (copy of seq1 but with and added crash)
seq1
