Incoming MIDI Implementation

Hello people, ive recently went back to hardware and purchased a 1000 which i love! Am using my MPD 26 as a controller due to shit older pads and was wondering if it was possible to control various parameters with the sliders and knobs from the MPD to the MPC, say like Q-link controls or effects params???? HELP!
