Well if you have a tempo of 90 for example. You divide 60 seconds into 90 (beats per minute) and you get the time per beat or seconds per quarter note

That is what i'd do. What you have there seems like samples per quarter note

Seems like you're running 90 - 92 bpm if you do the math is that right?

60seconds/92beats(per minute)/4quarter notes = 0.1630 seconds according to the calculator or 0.1624 seconds like my logic 8 shows if i put in a 1/4 note at 92bpm.

the 1/16 timing would not change the length of a quarter note, but just where it will be put on the timeline if it was not played with perfect timing.

that is strange why would logic calculate a quarter note different from a calculator?

So if I chop something into chops of 0.1624MS each chop would be considered a 1/4 note?

Your beat is a quarter note. So you don't divide by 4.
If you're doing other note values, or other meters (like 3/2 or something that has something other than a quarter note as its primary beat), you'd divide as needed. But here, you don't need to.

but you want to know Minute (60 seconds) Per Beats, right :-D so it's inverted tempo value.. NO 120/60s , but 60/120, or 60/92 in yours.
