Logic Pro X and MPC Ren Export

I am trying to export my completed project to logic pro x so that I can send out for another artist to add their part.

Set up--I recorded my samples and drums on MPC Ren I recorded the baseline and piano in logic pro x. I have the song arranged perfect (sequenced) 11 sequences to be exact. Again, the song sounds great but I just need to figure out how to send the entire file (Ren and Logic) as a session file to be completed.

If I export as a mix down sequence is out of order and doesn't seem right; (may be that I am doing something wrong). Any help is appreciated thanks in advance.

In Logic: I'd load MPC Multi Output plugin, click the + at the bottom of the MPC track in mixer view 7 times to create the aux.
In MPC, route the tracks to external outs.
In Logic, route the MPC tracks to busses, create audio tracks with those busses as inputs and record the tracks.
If you need more than 8 tracks, you can do it 8 tracks at a time.

Things get harder if you want mono tracks…

Export audio mix pick separated tracks make a folder put it to desk top save to new folder in desktop open logic create as many audio tracks as in your song in the ren then just click n drag em into each track watch it
Load up set the tempo your good been doing it all weekend even did it with out the controller no luck with pro tools mp 9 does anyone know how to pull up the ren as a vst in Poe tools mp9 And is anyone able to do the same click n drag with pro tools mp9 as I'm doing with logic .....big up to the mpc community!!!!easy

You can export your sequences (one by one) as separate tracks and then import them into Logic, if you want finished stems and actually don't need the MPC itself anymore.

The other way round is as described above: Use it as VST and track it DIRECTLY out of the MPC - or set the MPC channel's outs to separate busses and use the same number as an audio track's input, thus you being able to record them.

By the way, if you send a track or something via a bus in Logic, it's processing is sent via other parts of your multicore CPU and leaves the "main CPU" rather free for other stuff. Busses in Logic use other cores! (If it hasn't changed in Logic X, that is...)

This would be so much easier to comprehend if you used punctuation, Mr.ED77.
You need to install the RTAS version. Since you use a 9 version it might still be LE or something and might not be able to support RTAS format, but TDM only. Nevertheless, if you haven't installed the RTAS version, it won't work at all.

In PT you NEVER should drag and drop files from your browser or anywhere. Use the import function! Most DAWs support "auto import on drag and drop", but PT doesn't do that for a purpose. If your audios sampling rate and bit depth differ from the project ones', you'll get unwanted pitch and distortion results. IMPORT AND COPY!

Sorry for the bad punctuation thanks for all the info. Ive had a 1000 for a long time never seriously messed with a daw just bought logic and got a m audio 8I/O it came with pt mp9 I've been tracking on the maudio but I was wondering if I could click n drag like I did in logic ....I'm cool if I can't .....thanks again

Just keep it in mind when using Logic. It supports proper drag and drop while I definately know PT9 doesnt't. But keep trying, one day you might LIKE the "unwanted" results... =D
