Yes. I first used it on an iPod Touch when it was first released. It was nice then and even better now. Everyone I showed it to was floored.

Seriously pound for pound best app on iOS for a while now, certainly for the crowd here. :nod:

And yeah I've compared to a portable 4k here myself. No support for any kind multi sample format is really the only major 4k amenity that's overlooked. The slicing is like a portable Recycle.

I imagine this is very nice on the iPad. It's understandably a bit fiddly on the iPhone. I'll have to keep tinkering around with it to see what I can come up with. It's definitely deep though, and for 3 quid it's ridiculously cheap.

It's obviously head and shoulders above similar apps like iMaschine and iMPC.

There's the iRig and iConnect joints. The iConnect boxes are particularly nice.

But you have the option of the $30 Camera Connection Kit and any cheap Audio/MIDI interface. A little messy with all the piggybacked cables but still highly portable and you'll have a better headphone jack to monitor and proper 1/4" outs. Just make sure the interface is labeled class compliant/no drivers needed.

@Coz, yeah man it's like it was born to be on iPad. But I only got my first iPod Touch strictly for BM 1 and it wasn't too bad on a smaller screen. The more advanced sequencer on BM2 got a little more fiddly with the Touch/Phone devices.

BM2 now has a quick load toggle so it's like Ableton or Maschine and the folders/samples are in the left sidebar just waiting to get dragged to pads. Huge time saver.

Every beatmaker with an IOS device should have BM2. truly great. didnt realize they were on sale now. That explains why my BM2 review has skyrocketed in popularity in the last 48hrs. but yeah. get it

The CCK works with the iPhone? I see conflicting reports that it only works with the ipad. School me, I am a IOS noob.
