16 levels decay with time correct question

Hey guys.

I'm running the a vailixi OS on my MPC3000.

When I turn on 16 levels decay everything works fine.
But when I start using it while holding the time correct the sample starts to change pitch and the decays are not varied for different pads, sounds like 0 decay.
Same with the 16 levels filter setting. It's weird.

Can anybody confirm this behaviour?

Yes, confirmed.

16 levels set to decay works normally.

When used with note repeat, it changes to 16 levels of tuning, instead of decay.
