i changed my floppy reader twice! and i still get the disk read error!!!!!!!!

Are you trying to read the same floppy? If so, maybe the floppy is bad. Maybe files on that floppy are bad. Maybe only a few sectors on that floppy are bad.

Yes, you can reflash the OS into the MPC flashrom via floppy.
But if you are getting floppy read errors, maybe not.
Are you getting errors on new floppies, or older ones?

on both! i think the mpc recognize that its a floppy in the drive but it don't read the start disks

Ahhh, MPC2000 classic, not MPC2000XL.
You can't reflash the OS in the MPC flashrom, like I said above, cause it doesn't have any.
EDIT: Unless you install the flashrom option, then it has flashrom that can store the OS.

Sorry, no flashrom to hold the OS on the MPC2000, boots off of floppy...unless you buy/install the flashrom option board.
