spoke with akai about OS

can anyone let me know in your experience which features to avoid to not encounter that freezing bug? after freezing for me, save project doesnt work anymore. i dont care when im at home but i cant be loading sequences manually for a show in between songs, lol. thanks

well my guess is that akai outsources the programming work to some other companies.... essentially they dont make the OS? is that possible? if so, that would explain why they dont know sh!t all... and that would explain that bubble of not knowing the akai employee was talking about.
