Looking for a Hardware Arpeggiator

Greets All.

I'm wanting to add a hardware arpeggiator to the MPC part of our setup.
Has anyone here tried this one or something along these lines?

It looks ok, does a few patterns, chases clock and all that.
Is there anything else I should be checking out?

seems cool. I just use the arpeggiator in my workstations ( Fantom S and Motif ES)
Can't go wrong with the power of either of these workstations.

I should've mentioned I'm not after another workstation.
Size is a pretty large concern in here, there's too much gear already.

Haven't been enjoying using software arps either, that's all felt a bit sluggish for my tastes.

Turns out the MidiPal doesn't have chord mode, so that's out.
Another option is the Akai MPK25/49, but I think I'm looking for something a bit more specific.

Actually I wrote to them asking if it could repeat chords, he got back in about 5 seconds saying that it doesn't but they should add it.

Apparently chord memory is an old synth thing where you can play a chord with one key.

However!
I've just discovered the MPC note repeat works fine for repeating chords, so maybe that's actually not such a problem after all.

Back to my search for an arpeggiator.

Mam map 1, Oberheim cyclone, Waldorf gekko. I have heard bad things about the Oberheim.

You could always use midi local off, send it to a software Arp and record it back.

I have tried this, in fact that's how it has been for a while, but it's a little sluggish IMO.
Going to a mac, through an arpeggiator, back to the Mpc, recording that, then triggering the sound, (often an instrument in the Mac).

Have not used that Mutable but I did check it out online like two days ago and it seems cool. I dig that it has a chord feature as well.
