It would be a very useful feature to have the possibility to choose for each CC-Pad in a track a different midi out, so for example we could control the whole studio with one track clearly and this would make the MPC to a better midi-controller

You can do this with pattern to pad. I do this and from one track I can control multiple hardware synths and fx.
So just make a pattern with that midi cc and map it to pad and target track. Simple

but you must choose for a pattern track or pattern to pad the output midichannel in the midifield so that the used track just send out on this midichannel and not to differnet outs

If you set the target tracks midi channel and make patterns it will.
You have to make the pattern. This is what you probably fail to understand and you may ask why to.
You see it will do it but you have to make a pattern first and not use pad to cc function.
Instead you make one bar pattern with just your cc data. Any data? Get it ?

So blank bar with just controller data. You can use pad to midi cc if you want to but we will turn it off afterwards to make it work.
once you have midi cc data only make it a pattern. Now assign it to a pad. Then you set target track which has different midi channels out.
So I can send notes and filter sweeps to multiple synths from same bank.
Just like you want to. Just got to put some time in making the patterns is all then it does what you want.
