Mpc 2000xl vs Mpc 4000

i plan on purchasing one or the other in the next two weeks and i want to know which one is better.

Read thru the forums for each machine...Have a sniff around - Use the search function...... Visit the akai site..... www.soundonsound.com (for reviews etc) Do your research.

Technically, a 4000 is better but to me, my xl is better. If u got the paper then go 4k

Whatever you think will work best for you- I got a dude who kills it on modplug tracker. I say address your needs and see which will satisfy em best......

i dont really know what my needs are right now because i am just starting. My cousin got the 2000xl and he do his thing with that but i really want to know whats the main differences between the two. And thanks for the reply.

If I were you, I would be round my cousin's at every chance...... Try your bits. Nothing beats hands on experience.

To cut a long story short...They are two different machines. Its a bit like Father & Son. Gotta show respect where its due.

Like I said, do some research. Theres more help in and around here than u think.
