In case anyone cares... I was looking through the Steam Holiday Sale and was quite shocked to see that they are selling a DAW via Steam
Music Creator 6 was available on Steam today for $16.99 during a flash sale today. But until Jan 2nd... it's 50% off for only 24.99!
I use Sonar from time to time but found its UI quite cluttered and unintuitive. But I like MC6 because it just like Sonar without the bullshit. I like the simplicity of it...
If you like Reaper or even ProTools, it's worth a look...
