I'm a fairly new Mpc user. Is it possible to load keyboard sounds/programs to my mpc? If so what is the process?

If you mean melodic sounds, so you can play tunes from the pads, sure it works. You just have to do all the assigning and sample tuning yourself, there are no friendly range functions to do any of that for you.
