1. able to record next seq mode to song mode (sudden, nextbar)

so if i have 4bar seq and sometimes i want a drum roll between the loop, i can record nextbar or sudden changes to song mode.

...or able to sequence next seq mode with my daw.

2. naming samples or prog/seq/tracks via hardware. whenever i have to name something i have to reach for my mouse and keyboard which is pretty far away from my mpc.

3. switching env mode via hardware.

Not in front of my Ren ATM, but from memory I'm pretty sure you can do this from the hardware using the WINDOW key.

To set the Filter or Amp Envelope type, press the F4 button (Flt Env) on your MPC hardware, and then press the WINDOW button. Use the cursor buttons to select the Filter Envelope or Amp Envelope, and use the data dial or -/+ buttons to select AD or AHDS.

I just got a Studio and can't believe you can't do this. I don't wanna look at the computer at all. Ridiculous.
