Maybe, if you are using those plugins for other audio software, copy them to a new folder, set the plugin path within MPC Essentials to the new folder, then try to work out which ones are causing the crash and take them out.

If they cause it to crash, you either have to not use them, update them to see if latest versions are more stable, wait for MPC Essentials to be updated and see if it more stable with them, or just live with it crashing.

just giving dude the truth, what do u mean let him live?? he can live, but why waste ur time of some half asses, rake in a lil more money from peeps who get tricked by the hype of having a mpc?? shits a half assed excuse to take NI's controller market away from them, and akai proved they can't even get the hardware OS right with the mpc5000 fail…so how u expect them to get anything else right??

Nah, I'm mean let him live because he might not be hardcore and know the follies of the Final akai OS's problems of the 5000, 1000, 2500.Maybe he can't afford a Ren or 5000/4000 right now. Maybe if all goes well with the Element he'll cop a Ren and was just using the Element for demo purposes.

I understand why everyone including yourself hates essentials and the element but I do think there is a market for it though. If I was a teenanger and couldn't scrape up cash reliably, mos def I would cop a element and use with Studio One Free or Artist.

Edit...
Doing a basic search, it seems he has a Studio or access to one. What the hell do I know?

Maybe he does have a MPC Studio, not an MPC Element, and is trying to use the MPC Essentials software with it?

Hey I have a mpc 2000xl already I copped the studio earlier this year but as said before its a piece of shit so I decided to try the element. Maybe I should just get a mpd or is there any other pad controller with note repeat?

Might want to try MPD note repeat first, didn't find it very good on a couple of quick tests with the MPD synced to incoming MIDI Beat Clock, might work better on the internal MPD clock.
