your best bet is to find albums which has a heavy presence of it on there and chop em. i am unfamiliar with with sound/sample packs but if you tack on "blogspot" to your google searches, it should bring up some nice sites.

This. It doesn't matter if the sample has drums and/or bass under it because you can add some heavy HPF on it and you still have the tambs. Ends up sounding pretty **** dusty though but I like it.
