my mpc5000 buttons are hard to press

trust me it won't happen again I'm only reason it happen the first time is because of my double stand trying to make my studio look good

sounds like the internal boards have shifted inside, so that the buttons arn't hitting the switches properly..

Def get it to a specialist to look at..

I remember the day my mixer stand came loose and my 2500 slid right out the back and plop! right on the floor, broke my lcd screen off the hinges and really **** up my mpc, if I were you I would just take it in for repair, thats what I should of done, I ended up fixing myself and then selling the 2500 at a discounted price.

update on the mpc5000 i order a new screen open the npc up and put the screen in.it powered right up and everything works fine now paid 325 for the screen but it was worth it
