Stuff I want to see in 1.6 (Where is it btw?)

Even if they didnt focus on it from the beginning and even if it's not ready yet, i'm pretty sure they've been working on multicore for many many months by now.
I just cannot imagine another scenario.

a few of these ideas if executed right, could make the REN/Studio too good to be true. It would be such an amazing board and workflow would be like no other.
Akai needs a larger software team. Or some former NI dev team employees lol. Seriously..

Not sure how many Mpc users we're also Maschine users here and we're around when NI was coding Maschine 1 til 1.8 ,but Native Instruments was involved heavily in the forums and they offered direct talk/requests with dev's for it, obviously it worked, this was where end users ALL OF THEIR CUSTOMERS beta tested and the dev's kept us in the know with what was going down and what was gonna happen with it. Viola Maschine got pretty **** popular and N.I. got alot more successful from that.

This is Akai's biggest mistake is that they lack the proper communication with us, in the beginning, Dan and Andy seemed kind of stoked n would actually drop by and let us know things OCCASIONALLY nothing like N.I. ,but nonetheless they showed face..

WHAT HAPPENED? Oh a few dumb forum members bitched? This lack of communication with end users is killing their vibe,please don't make the mistake on giving up on the communication with your customers, the true heart n soul of the Mpc fanbase is those who stick with you over the years, and yeh you'll find them in forums reaching out for answers and to share their work,right in these forums.

Dude just read every **** thread. Trolls everywhere. It's not a few bitching it's a ton of flaming random rants coming from everywhere. This forum is not a fanbase. People here wants akai to drop out, they wanna piss on the Ren and if Akai doesn't do what they want that means they suck as much as these people thought they would. Yeah if i was from Akai i'd give this forum users here what they deserve : nothing.

Akai has many forums now, don't see how this site affects their ability to release an update. The difference is that this site is crammed with hardware users, circuit benders, electricians, musicians and beatmakers alike but those others is aimed at 101 beatmakers. So maybe the unexperienced are having a time of their lives, vets feel the halfassness.

The developers don't even bother having a presence on their own community forum, and the tech support personnel on there can't even get any useful answers from their own development team, to answer questions from users on their own forum.

All their talk of how they were going to really interact with the users in the development of these new MPCs, for a change, was nothing more than their standard bullshit marketing hype.
