That is something that electronic music producers are going to find very useful.
To have every note in every sequence controlled to that micro level, including, note length, fx sends, filter values, tuning, pan, etc will be of a great benefit to the Ren.
Will continue investigating here to see what difference the other improvements make.

Even if you're new to step edit, don't overlook it: it's GREAT.
Liberates you from having to use your laptop for many little edits…there's a lot of stuff you can add here.
Notice that you can insert events for each midi note so you don't only have to go for the one default, empty "mod type / value" field entry.
This is something old MPC users will appreciate a lot.
