NO OUTPUT SOUND?

I updated and now when using the mpc ren as the output device i get NO SOUND!?... maybe its user error but i have been checking everything... even when i hit the "test" button in the dialog box... i get nothing. if i switch the output device every other device works fine..... any one have this problem?

Try reinstalling the driver and software. Mac or PC? OS?

I just reinstalled the driver and the software..... no go..i am checking the input and its working... in fact i can get output in sampling mode with the direct monitor knob turned to the "input" side.... on the mpc monitor mode is switch to "on" but it doesn't make a difference i still only get output sound // Im running iMac with osx 10.9.1

It isn't qualified for 10.9.x (Mavericks). See link below

this some kinda joke??? i only updated my osx because it was required to run the new update.... the update to mavericks was free from apple so i thought ... "hmmm why not give it a try.,," and then BOOOM... no sound?!!! C'mon Son!!!

Noooo! Mavericks isn't supported. That's why you have no sound. Only 10.7-10.8.5 is supported!
