So a few weeks ago I was about to get a floppy emulator for the 3000, but decided to abort that mission. I'm gonna try again, but I think this time I'll wait until I know more about which ones will work. I read through the emulator thread and I found that the majority of it was for the 60. I realize that emulators for the 60 will work for the 3000, but I'm looking for some 1.44mb versions that wouldn't work for the 60 and wouldn't be in that thread. I'm not sure if all 1.44mb versions are compatible or not, but it seems like they should be. Is there any info about which 1.44mb models work in the 3000? Thanks for the read

Make sure you consider that the 3000 has up to 32MB of memory, and a floppy emulator is 1.44MB.

Thanks for the replies, ya I'm not too much a fan of the HxC emulator, but that is a possibility. As for the 1.44mb I'm not too concerned with that because I can always save to multiple partitions, and I don't usually use much more than that anyways

Thanks, I hear the scsi port arguement, I do - It's a pet peeve of mine however that I will not use it. Call me crazy, but i just don't like it, and if I can make due without it, I will

A SCSI CF card reader is an absolute joy.

Well I wouldn't mind having a scsi cf internal it's just mad hard trying to find those right now. Possibly 300 dollars for all the parts is not worth it to me.
