Mixer problem on mpc

Ive read the mauel for how to use the mixer shift then key 7 but its not workin when I put the faders up of down to quiten or louden the track no difference and plus the sound does not change when i put the effects from the EB16 on ???? any help appreciated

Maybe The FXSEND of that track is on, press FXSEND and see if the volume is fully up on that track.

On the FXSEND screen you can select an Effect-preset per track (M1,M2,R1,R2).
