everytime i do a search for mpc stuff this kit always comes up. anyone buy it yet? How good is it? Are the wavs normalised already?

Honestly, you could throw the cd in your computer use a wave editor and chop up the drums on that CD. I don't have the drum cd but that's what I'd do if I really wanted the drums.

noise gate - fast attack, threshold -30, release 300-400, regulate volume of chopped samples to -0.1 and be done with it.

You're talking about stealing Mobb Deep beats form their CD?


no. he's talking about sampling DRUMS. getting one shot drum samples.
