MPC 1000 JJ OS2XL - Audio Tracks not midi syncing properly

Is anyone else experiencing audio tracks out of sync?

I have my mpc 1000 set up as slave (midi clock sync).

With ableton as master (via an innerclock systems box), audio tracks are only in sync after they have played through once. E.g. I have a sequence with 32 bars. Track 1 is a 2 bar drum loop. This gets in sync with ableton at the start of bar 3. I also have a 32 bar bass line. This only gets in sync once the sequence goes back to bar 1 and its played all 32 bars.

But when I trigger my mpc using my cirklon sequencer (master), this doesn't happen..

So bizarre!!

Can anyone help?

I have a similar,(maybe related?) problem?
I record a little audio and even though I tracked against the MPC1000 in time (running a simple backbeat) (and I am using JJOS 3.15...
the playback is not in time. Its all there on track 61 or whatever but I ALWAYS have to edit the beginning of m audio sample until it plays in time.
Same issue??? I dont know.

Anybody know about this????????????? Please share.

I always have to delete silence at the beginning of recorded audio to make a sync with sequence.

This is a computer problem, computer clocks are very unreliable. Try having the MPC as a master and Ableton as a slave. It works very well here and is the best software to slave in my experience.

Make sure you match the bpms and slave to misi clock with EXT enabled.

My problem is with audio tracks and midi tracks in the MPC1000, not with the computer.

The midi tracks have a small delay at first and when the song is going on at the end the delay is awful.
