"The longest thread ever" has lost.

Don't speak too soon! When Tutor culls Off Topic this thread might take a bit of a hit. :)

Edit: Was this in Off Topic before?!

In before the cull...

It is getting a little ridiculous.
That's not even all of it. Maybe about half.
Fact is I have almost 100% never got rid of anything and I've been collecting a long time.
Something eventually will have to give. :|

I'd be lost in there. Not so much operating the gear, but managing all the sounds and different saving formats etc.

You could probably swap an XL and both Z4's for a 4K without losing out on workflow.

I do actually have a 4k
It doesn't get as much love as it should, - fantastic machine but has to take it's turn.

The 6000 is good. especially with the large screen. I'd say it has a fairly neutral sound but lot's of features.
For ease of use though, there is nothing like the z series. As far as workflow goes, it has to be the best sampler Akai ever made.

I still like using the old ones though. Those Roland samplers in the corner are classics and both work through the Atari monitor with a mouse. :)

Yeah.
If you remember, I gave away my Mackie mixer recently (loved it but found it too unreliable) and downsized to this 16 channel Allen and Heath which is not ideal but, I'm getting on well with it.
