Pretty self-explanatory. When loading up a project that I've saved, not all of the sequences will load back up. Samples and programs will, but not saved tracks in sequences. Not changing anything about the way I've been saving my stuff for the past year or so, any ideas?

I save everything but with loading I load samples and programs first then sequences. If you loading just sequences, then all you gonna get is MIDI data. Load up the sounds then the sequences will have sound. :D

shit, i save everything as (entire memory project) in a projects folder, then when i load i go to :load>project>project folder>and load the whole project.. this loads everything, the samples, the sequences and everything, make sure you create a new folder for all ur projects, and name it what ur beat is called, in this folder when you save (entire memory project) you will have the project, the samples, and sequences saved safely inside..

Does it do that for every beat folder, or just certain ones?
If its just certain ones, get everything loaded in manually one at a time if you have to and then save everything to a folder with a slightly different name and try to load the new folder.

If that works I would back up everything from the card onto your computer and then reformat it first in the computer and then in the MPC and then move everything back.
Maybe the card is getting a little shmutzy.

Hey Inflict, this is actually how I've always saved stuff (being sure to make a new folder for all my projects). The weirdest thing is that 10-15 minutes after I save everything if I load it up, the sequence is there along with all the samples, but if I wait a day or two, just the samples load up without the sequence. Anyone have any further clues? I'm getting rather discouraged with my producing lately because of this, really no fun at all :\

This is only happening for new beats I'm trying to save. Stuff from months ago is loading up fine with all the sequences intact. Its just anything recent I've tried to save won't load up properly

yo, carefully take ur ram card out, maybe blow it off like an old nintendo game and put it back in.. then i would try a new memory card,. or load all ur shit on to ur computer as a back up and reformat, but only thing i can think of is maybe ur card is going bad, so once you can single out where the problem is coming from then u can go from there,. I've never had a card go bad, so I'm only guessing on that one, but its worth a try,. look inside and make sure u aint got a bent pin in the card slot too, but i doubt u do..

Hey man just wanted to say thanks for all the help. I took the RAM out and did as you said, inserted it in then re-formated the card. Things seem to be working so far!
