Can you read MPC60 Floppy discs on a mac? I can't at the mom

not sure if this possible, want to backup a sequence from a disc I formatted on the MPC60. My mac says 'disc can't be read by this computer', but it works fine on the MPC. Is this a mac only problem? Is there a workaround? cheers!

i don't care too much about being able to read current mpc formatted discs, but is there a format the MPC60 will accept e.g fat or EXfat(?) which i can format in my mac so i'm able to back up new projects?

no, you need an old old pc... those are not normal floppies... they are DD floppies and not formatted to your usual format.

make backups with additional floppy disks on the mpc, and record everything into the computer before turning off the mpc.
