Hi everyone.

Recently I bought MPC Studio and I was wondering about the mixing (specially Reverbs) and mastering (specially EQ and Comp) plugins. What do you think about them ?? Are they ok to make a final beat mixmaster or do you use other apps like Cubase etc.
I like the sound but not sure if it is ok for final mixmaster.

Thanks for tips :)

I mix in the Renaissance using some of the fx and some other plugins
the frequency shifter is cool. when we get the automated fx in 1.7 I'll try doing sweeps on synths with it.

I don't really get the submix thing so I don't put inserts on pads I just use the sends and the track inserts. I found the mixdowns aren't too good so I mix down to an m audio micro track mini digital recorder that has an s/pdif input. Much better. I don't like using a DAW.

Thanks for the advice.

I use Reverbs and Delays as send for mixing and EQ and Comp for master. This is ok for beat cds, promos and such. But for the final mix I think I will mixdown separate tracks and use other app (Cubase probably).

Will there be a bypass function for fx in the DAW version ??
