Awesome ,thanks for the info bro. Is theyre any tutorials you know of to update the os? Do you know if bugs are worked out by now? Any limitations to the free JJOS?

Some reports about 64Gb but not every card will work

My HD is 64 and it's just more than needed.

If you change the OS it does not erase storage media, but can delete internal flash memory storage (5Mb).

It's also highly recomended to format your drives (CF, HD) within JJOS (not in computer). You just do it once on any JJOS, it's somewhere in load/save screens. So back up your stuff, format drives and put them back thru USB or card reader.
