I see a lot of different stores online, some more expensive than others, but there are also different brands of RAM. Anyone else have any experience with this or can point me to a reliable online store to purchase RAM for my late 2011 13inch macbook pro. Whats a fair price and what brands are good? Thanks

The good news RAM, even for your precious MBP, it quite cheap and common.

I'd say MicroCenter, if there is one in your area.

Edit: BTW...The brand of RAM doesn't matter (in general) just the specs.

When I bought the Mac Mini in 2011, I maxed out the RAM for $34.24 on Amazon. I bought the Crucial 8GB Kit (4GBx2) DDR3 1333 MT/s (PC3-10600) CL9 SODIMM 204-Pin Notebook Memory Modules CT2KIT51264BC1339. The only problem I'm seeing is that the price went up. But it's from a different seller.
Crucial brand RAM is highly recommended for Macs. So shop around and see where you can find a better deal.
