MPC 1000 CF card limit?

Can I use 64GB or 128GB Compact Flash Card with MPC 1000 JJ OS1?

I bought this cf card Transcend CF 64GB 400X UDMA 6, brand new. But when I installed it in my MPC 1000 recognizes the card extremely slow and fails to format. My MPC works fine with all my old CF cards (512MB, 4GB and 8GB), but it blocks with new 64GB CF when i tried to format the CF or connect with pc from usb.
Where is the problem you think?
