Hi all,
Has anyone successfully gotten Element to work with Reaper as a plugin? I'm having serious latancy issues. Reducing buffer size makes no impact. I've spoken with Akai customer service, but they've washed their hands of it, siting a problem with Reaper and not the Element. I just want to add simple drum parts to tracks that I've already recorded. Sounds simple enough, but no. If anyone can help me here, I would greatly appreciate it.

Finally found the solution to this problem. I persisted with Akai customer service and spoke with a tech, Brian, who knows his shit. Downloaded ASIO drivers and reconfigured inputs and outputs. Latency gone, problem solved. You the man, Brian.
