I just watched the 1.7 video again and Dan said it will be out in a couple of months or so, he never gave an exact date, besides that he's sleep right now.

They said they are still working on it, and can't/won't give a date as to when it is going to be available...

It will happen when it happens, not sure there is much point stressing about it.

I would rather they take their time and get it as good as they can, rather than rushing it to meet some deadline they have committed to.

There is no need To Be afraid of them rushing It....and Your right, only thing is we cant Be saying that for months and months...and beside that, (supposedly) working on 1.7 didn't not seem to stop them to come with this premature nonsense, and silence surrounding the current stuff, that needs updates...but yeah I know I said that a lot.....

Crazy how I was browsing your Flickr about a month or two ago looking at Commodore 128 pictures. I was really impressed with your lab, A true Geeks paradise.

Thanks. I just had to move a ton of stuff around to make room for the modular cabinet I built right before Build. Looking forward to having some time with my toys now that the event is over :)

In fairness, this seems to have bugger all to do with the Renaissance, and more to do with the advancement of the regular hardware MPC. If/when this drops, the Ren will be seen as an advanced MPD, which is what it's been all along IMO.

Yes. I have the blue-ray with both normal and extended versions. Great stuff, and very well done. TONs of ponytail and graybeard love in there.
