totally agree...(although some persist that I do not like the Ren) think the moaning is annoying I'm sorry for that folks...i will work on it... but I guess the real annoyance is that, there isn't anything coming or little that had been coming to silence the moaning...
also think criticism pushes the envelope but yet I have to remember not to be ungrateful just cause I'm ignorant of programming and coding software... And I work with my ren everyday all day, and most of the times I am forced too use 32-bits to be able to use certain plugins (nexus loooove the nexus) but that isnt akai's fault, in no way......only thing that it could've been more stable, but 64-bits is understandable a higher priority,and it has too be said 64 bit is pretty stable....

And remember me being critically and too straightforward (in multiple senses of the word straightforward) does not in any way means I do not love my mpc rennie, cuz I do love my Rennie, it revived my music making, and gave me a undeniable fast smooth and especially FUN workflow/process.....

that's what it's all about.. get what best suites your needs. My Maschine Studio I really enjoy, it does what I need it to do..

but I think there are Ren users who bought it based on hype.. now they upset because it lacks features they wish it had

Thing is most of us complaining can make a banger with a string and a rubber band, but we take our music serous, we want the best tools. Not like those willing to sit around 6 months for little sprinkles of updates for 2 years. When we invest our hard earned money in something we want it to work the way we want, and we want the company to develop their product as promised. Akai is treating everyone who bought a Ren like a chump, so not only did I take my money elsewhere, I found a better product altogether, Maschine Studio. Who cares if people **** and moan, who cares if people praise a product, reality is Akai **** up with the Ren from day 1. Now they are playing catch up to every other DAW and beatbox on the market. MPC Renaissance has to be the dumbest investment you can make right now, everything it competes with is 10 steps ahead of it. I mean as long as Akai continues to embarrass themselves with their poor quality products and lack of service than people are going to be bitching and moaning. You can make bangers on a BeatThang. But why would you when that thing is a piece of SH*T. LOL Didn't they promise that was going to change the game? As far as I'm concerned MPC Ren is competing with Beat Thangs right now lmaooo.

I can always count on the MPC forums for a good laugh. It never fails...As soon as one person says he made some 'bangers' the next post is something about "Lemme hear those bangers!"

Uploading beats to Soundclown, I mean 'cloud'- doesn't prove your legitimacy as a relevant producer-no offense to anyone, just sayin'.

But his statement has merit. The MPC R. right now is a capable production tool. I think what he meant to say was "It's easy to make beats on the Renaissance."

I guess when you don't use an instrument to its fullest potential you don't notice all the bugs and flaws.

I think we all have our own definition of what a 'banger' is. Who's right, who's wrong?
