Mpc Ren MMC driver CRASHES Bitwig Studio, any idea's?

After installing the MMC driver included with akai Mpc ren software (latest) if I press play, it immediately crashes Bitwig 1.0.7 - > this does not happen with Ableton or Pro Tools when using the MMC driver.Are there any tips users can share to get transport controls working with bitwig studio?

I dont know but if it works with your other DAWs then it's a bitwig problem, you should ask on their forum.

Yes I have, just checking here to see if any REN or Studio users using bitwig have encountered same.

Is there an MMC 'driver'?

I thought that you just turned on MMC in the MPC Software Preferences/Sync, to make MMC work?

Ahhh, I see, to use it as a plugin, it installs an internal MIDI driver for MMC.

correct, but it crashes bitwig if you press the transport buttons.

Not bitwig ,but when I use analog lab as a vst when I press play on mpc it Maxes the volume of the plug in

Happens Me Too with several vst's but I,think its my mpk keyboard cuz when I disconnect it, it does not seem to happen
