Thing is most of us complaining can make a banger with a string and a rubber band, but we take our music serous, we want the best tools. Not like those willing to sit around 6 months for little sprinkles of updates for 2 years. When we invest our hard earned money in something we want it to work the way we want, and we want the company to develop their product as promised. Akai is treating everyone who bought a Ren like a chump, so not only did I take my money elsewhere, I found a better product altogether, BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH

I was actually "useless" before I got this Studio...lol. The Akai product is dope.

The dependency of waiting for new OS updates = less creativity.

I was capable to make a beat that one of the illest emcees from Detroit will feature on this summer. I made the beat on OS 1.4 or 1.5 months back.

Just make beats and keep it moving when the OS drops it will just be a added bonus.

ok cool thx for inspiring me .. and did any VSTs crash ? i wil try to have something by next monday .. i am bizzy working on this invention .. and a new product . and some side work ..

Your welcome and yes a lotta crashes but as long as u save every minor change u make, its do able...and sometimes just freezes hardware doesn't respond, off/on the renaissance helps sometime without having to restart software...and gotta give props to hellfire I thought it was... When u see you CPU spiking like I had, press stop button 3 times, will kill all sound (also delays and sh!t) bring the CPU meter down immediately, which decreases the number of crashes...

and to be clear, I got love for all mpc heads in here...so no dissing or anything just representing
