peace. one question... is there a workaround to setting start and end points on the Ren like a way to set those points faster? I ask because what I have been doing is dialing in the the digits for example if the start point says 0 Ill type in 300 to go to that point because that data wheel is slow feel like im turning the thing so much it is going to spin right off. and it barely moves the start and end points with me typing in the numbers to be faster and the data wheel should be faster as proven on the other MPCs. I know i can set those points manually with a mouse in sample edit on the cpu, but the idea is to be using the MP to do those commands...man kinda makes me wish i just went with my gut and got a XL with MCD... Im gonna dig around here and the net and see what i find, thanks in advance. 60

Not being funny my friend, but you sound like you've not been anywhere near the manual, this is covered in the SAMPLE EDIT section, but you also should see from the way the Q Links are labelled in the mpc software when in sample edit mode (x1, x10, x100, x1000).

Sit yourself down for a couple of hours and go through that manual, try a few things out and if you get stuck, come in here for extra guidance.
