First I want to say I am not happy with the currant software.
It is not on the same level as the top software.
My ideas will only be free one time,so this is your lucky day.

1:One main mixer-Pad 1 on channel 1,Pad 2 on channel 2,
Audio track on pad 3 and channel 3 and so on.
I see no use for program mixer.

2:Sample tuning-When I put a 808 in the keygroup I don't know what to do next,
how do you check to see if 808 is in the right key(SO IMPORTANT).
It's no check pitch region in the editor
It's no way to choose root note,I just don't understand how you can make serious music
without these functions, please don't say tune by ear (LOL)

3:New sample editor- the editor is outdated,so many missing functions
some that Akai is the originators of
Auto sample chop in sections like 2 4 6 8 parts like the MPC 2500
Tab to transient or zero crossing
Find tempo,Auto loop,
Audiosuite effects would be much better than the program mixer and would save CPU.

4:Time stretch- is also outdated,I will not name other software
but its so many options that need to be added.
How many bars or steps, changing the pitch to whatever note you want A B C etc...

3:Vintage layouts- of software face(GUI),Like MPC 60,3000,4000 etc.

4:Vintage plugins-lets say I want Mpc 60 sound on my clap,but kick I want the 4000 sound.
It should be plugins that try to emulate the sound.with colorful looking GUI.

5:Customizable layout(Gui).

6:Rename and color function.

8:Meters are outdated where is the rms value?

9:Mic input for Hardware.(GAMECHANGER)

10:Pro editing for Audio tracks.

11:Signature parametric EQ (SO IMPORTANT) and compressor, sidechain etc...

12:Auto Warning- I would love for a DAW to give me a warning that my bass is too high,or
Something is out of tune(GAMECHANGER)and give me a choice to change it or not.(WOW)

13:Soundfont player- Some producers use SF2 more than plugins for that rich sound.

14:Soundfont Maker- Drag and drop a sample and it makes a soundfont for you.(GAMECHANGER)

15:Sine Bass plugin-

16:Harmonic distortion plugin-

17:Project file tutorials from big name producers.

18:Loading .ALL files from all MPC's should be fixed(SO IMPORTANT)

19:Piano roll-needs more features,detect score scale,chords,randomize,
and please lable the keys please.

20:Arpeggiator-(SO IMPORTANT)

:smoker: nice introduction!
u name a few useful features..but also some of them seem redundant and not needed when u know what you"re doing and some of the things u name are even already possible....and the tutorials would be nice but there already lots of those, from, akai self and fellow users, and arpeggiator are almost on all plugins (including akai's own) and there is also note repeat, and the GUI stuff this looks nice bit doesn't really do anything for me...yes it should be insightful and clear, but in the end functionality and stability are way more important to me personal...no offense but i feel u might want to take the easy road a bit too much IMO ,from looking at your requests..
and I'm sick of the word gamechanger especially when typed in captions....but in the software features part of the forum a lot more and better feature's mentioned...go take a look...and contribute there

yeah seriously, tracks that tell you when they're not in tune or when they're too loud - some of this stuff is crazy (WOW) you need to mix and tune your tracks yourself haha, no software is going to warn you that your bass is too loud and out of tune. You LOL at tuning by ear but seriously I would trust my ear over most applications that analyze pitch and tuning. "Serious music" makers use their ears my friend (GAMECHANGER), your ear will tell you something sounds wrong and out of tune even when the software tells you it's in tune

rename and colour - you can already rename and set colours for individual pads

sine bass plugin - download a 2kb sine sample ffs

By ear is a valid option, you have them, use them.[

This is something you and your ears are supposed to work out.

I see no use for program mixer.

Isn't that what the program mixer already is, one pad on each channel?

NYJ wrote:3:New sample editor- the editor is outdated,so many missing functions
some that Akai is the originators of
Auto sample chop in sections like 2 4 6 8 parts like the MPC 2500

Isn't that what chop already does, set it to regions, choose 2/4/6/8/etc.?

NYJ wrote:Audiosuite effects would be much better than the program mixer and would save CPU.

Audiosuite effects are a proprietary Avid Pro Tools effects format, now replaced by AAX.

NYJ wrote:8:Meters are outdated where is the rms value?

RMS value? It is a digital peak level meter, maybe you mean dB below full scale values?

NYJ wrote:11:Signature parametric EQ (SO IMPORTANT) and compressor, sidechain etc...

What is a 'signature' parametric EQ? It already has a parametric EQ and compressors.

NYJ wrote:15:Sine Bass plugin-
16:Harmonic distortion plugin-

It hosts plugins, can't you get these somewhere else? Can't you use a preset in an MPC Expansion like The Bank for a sine bass?

NYJ wrote:17:Project file tutorials from big name producers.

**** big name producers, they wasted enough $ on those clowns in their marketing. They get enough direct access to Akai as it is, unlike the paying customers.

NYJ wrote:19:Piano roll-needs more features,detect score scale,chords,randomize,
and please lable the keys please.

Label the keys? It already has each octave C labelled, you can't work out the keys in-between? How can you make serious music without even being able to work that out?

The whole list doesn't seem that thoroughly worked out, and nobody missed #7.
EDIT: And hasn't anyone realized there is a #3, then #4, then #3, then #4... ?

Just a thought.

This is what i want to take this software serious.Until then i will continue to use what i use.

This is something you and your ears are supposed to work out.

No disrespect to you,but many producers that try to tune by ear music sound like shit,I have seen this so many times, people walk in with they MPC put a beat on and everything is out of tune.So to be sure, many have developed a way to check the tune of everything.
