@Captain - How are you liking that TASCAM unit? I was eyeing one not too long ago but never made the jump. Looks slick though.

Cool bit of kit. Effects are not the best, but EQ is not to bad good enough for a hobbyist like myself. Midi timing seems good. Sound wise not as good as the Mackie 1202-VLZ3 I had before, but still pretty decent. Not done to much editing at the moment, but what I have done has been pretty stright forward to do with the interface. Definitely a good choice I you want to stay away from a computer in a home set up.

I wish I would've bought my friend's MS-20 a long time ago. But back then, I didn't know shit about it. I was so close to buying the MS-20 Mini last week. But I really wanted something with a built-in sequencer. I'm sure I'll come back to it at some point.

Have you seen the MS20 kit yet Tekno?
I think they are strictly limited edition but supposed to be easy to fit together.
They have MIDI so you could sequence from your mpc easily.

Yeah man, I saw that kit before it was released. But the price is a bit steep for me at the moment. The Mini has MIDI too. Sequencing on the MPC is ok. But I really enjoy synths with internal sequencers more. Too bad the MicroBrute was built like crap. It was a lot of fun otherwise.
