ye dope battle this week defo.
There are some really nice entries that then are ruined with the vocals supplied, no hating, just not feeling them.
So considering this, my vote gota go to kzee, even if the extra vocals don't do it for me, I feel the whole instra was really well put together and the actual original vocal sample plays really well together with it!

hats off bro

ObiDan that was one super dope flip also man, very original, well done :)

Nice beats by all.
I didn't enter this one but I'll put my 10 pence in.

I think these beats were the best

Mac dusty
Emwu23
Hungrym4n
Obi Dan-kanobi
Kzee Beats

I'm voting for Mac Dusty - For the oldskool Phatness.
But it was close between that and Kzee beats - which was dope & slick
And Hungrym4n- which was some cool crazy shiznit.

But bigups to everyone still.

Not sure why I was not in poll. ...

Edit.. I see my track was not in soundcloud! wTF! Soundcloud has been a piece of shit lately.

Well I fixed it, but what ever.

That's wack! I apologize. That must have happened when adding my ticket.

Pardon fellas, but the couple of you that already voted needs to reinstate your vote.

What a pain in the ass I am. Specially for a shitty beat.

:worthy: big ups to all the craftsman to these tracks.

It was between mac and midi for me. Mac edged this one out tho, the bassline was ill. But y'all two got fire regardless, midi always got some heat tho

Yep , I reinstated my vote.
It's kinda a shame there's not more people voting, because there's some really good tunes here and people have put a lot of time/effort/soul into there ish, then don't even get 1 vote.
I know from experience that can be a bit disheartening, narm sayin?!?

There's usually only about 2 or 3 more voters than participants, which really doesn't make for a unbiased decision.
I dont mean this as a diss to anyone or anything like that, just a observation.

Maybe if the voting was split up into a points system with different category's for
:Composition
:Production
:Sonic niceness
:Overall dopeness : )

That might even it out.
Just a suggestion.

On the whole I think that Kzee Beats dude was the guy who, stuck to the brief and utilized all the samples most proficiently, even used the whole accapela & dropped something that sounded like a complete song.
But I'm not a newskool head, so when I heard that dusty old shizz from Mac Dusty, yeahman - that's why I bought a mpc. For Realy doe !

Stay Bless beat builders.
ONE.

Mac dusty got my vote

Really enjoyed hungryman, midi, bliprock, kzee.. Really all yall

Cool to have been a part of these once again after a short haitus. I've recently been informed that my boy is giving me his mpc2000xl on condition that I produce him an album to rap over with it. Pretty excited, but I've never used an mpc so there's some learnin to be done. Hopefully I'll be able to brawl with yall out the mp real soon!

Peace
