HELP!!!! Studio hookup- Kurzeil k2500rs module to 2000

I am hooking my studio up, I have an alesis qs 6 and a kurzweil k2500 rs module. I have the outs of the keyboard going to the ins of the module, and outs of module going back to the ins of keyboard. I want the keyboard be the master for the module. Now what do I do to get the sounds and sample some of them to the mpc. We tried connecting the audio outs of the module to the mpc but nothing happened. Do I need to connect the midi cables/.

2) Also there is no way for me to record a whole 3 minute piano track into the mpc without sampling it in bits an pieces, correct?

wow yes, midi is the missing link.

1. you're going to need to connect the audio outs from your mpc,
k2500 rs, and qs6 to some sort of mixer. that's why you can't hear anything

2. grab a midi cable and connect it to the midi "OUT A" on your qs6 to the midi "IN" on your K2500 rs.
