i got a 2000xl that i am going to sell,. i hated the workflow of it compared to the 500, the thing is just plain slow as it should be for something that age, i only made one beat on the thing, i bought it to fix up and sell and figured i would love making beats on it while doing so, but i was wrong. the whole mute group thing is a pain in the ass on it, docent have normal mute groups like you might be use to.. just my 2 cents.

So besides the larger screen which will of course allow for more information displayed per page and wave form editing, is there anything that a 2000xl can do that a 500 cannot?
I prefer to manual chop and to do it by ear. I know that the 500 can sample in stereo. Can I split that stereo to left and right audio in the 500?
